The Cell Fuel Stack

Recharge at the mitochondrial level.

Tier 2 · Approved use / good evidence

The story

Recharge at the mitochondrial level. NAD+ is the molecule your cells use to turn food into energy, paired with active B12 for an energy-and-nerve one-two. Our most accessible longevity stack — both ingredients dispensable today.

Why this combination

NAD+ fuels mitochondrial energy production and declines with age; B12 is essential for energy metabolism and nerve health and reliably helps when you're low. Together they target everyday energy and cellular upkeep.

What to expect

NAD+ biology is solid; human proof of dramatic anti-aging or performance gains in healthy people is still developing — grounded support, not a fountain of youth. B12's benefit is clearest if you're deficient. Many report a subjective lift; keep expectations evidence-sized.

Risks & considerations

Injectable/IV NAD+ given too fast can cause flushing, chest tightness, nausea, or a racing feeling — slowing the rate helps; injection-site reactions possible; long-term high-dose safety still being studied. B12 is very safe (excess excreted). If you're not actually low on B12, don't expect a big energy jump from it.
